When will my order arrive if I order now?

For any of our custom sets marked pre-order, please allow 7-14 days for your items to be made and delivered. All of our other stock allow 3-5 days. 

How will my order be shipped?

If you are a UK customer your order will be shipped via Royal Mail 1st or 2nd class and signed for. Delivery method can be selected at the checkout. 

Something isn’t right with my order?

Please email us on …..with your order number.

Do you accept returns?

We do not accept returns on any of our stock or custom made items as they are made for each individual customer.

If you are unsure on any sizing please either DM our Instagram or email us on….. and we will help you as best we can. 

Can I cancel my order?

We do not accept order cancellations on customs outfits as they are made to order. 

Do you take custom orders?

We do take custom orders, all our fabrics can be found in the fabric section on the website or in our Instagram highlights. If you’ve found a fabric that we don’t currently stock please enquire about this through either our Instagram messages or email.

What size will I need?

All sizes are a true fit due to the stretchy material we use. We do strongly advise contacting us if you’re unsure and we can help you as best we can.
